NAN proudly presents the Building Opportunities in Out-Of-School Time (BOOST) Grant, a competitive program to support community-based organizations in offering summer enrichment and comprehensive afterschool programming. The BOOST Grant Program aims to provide funding opportunities that increase high-quality Out-Of-School Time (OST) programs, ensuring positive growth and optimal development of all K-12 youth. This grant is supported by the UNLV Nevada Institute for Children’s Research and Policy, and is funded through American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funds, derived from the Nevada Division of Welfare and Social Services (DWSS).

Eligibility requirements:
Organizations/agencies serving youth who are Native American, part of a racial/ethnic minority group, and/or residing in rural Nevada counties are encouraged to apply.

- Faith-based organization
- Municipality
- Schools (if partnered with one of the above organizations)

- Participate in training and technical assistance.
- Utilize the OST Self-assessment Tool
- Comply with all reporting and evaluation requirement
