Exhibitor and Presenter registration will open in December, following approval notifications. Registering as an attendee does not guarantee a spot as a Presenter or Exhibitor. Many exhibitors also share their expertise as presenters, contribute raffle prizes, and provide tools and opportunities that attendees can take back to their programs and communities.

Keynote Speakers

Get ready for two unforgettable keynotes at this year’s conference!

• Thursday: Dee Hankins will kick off with an energizing message about resilience, hope, and the power to rise above challenges.

• Friday: Brandis Stockman will close with a deeply inspiring keynote on how caring adults create safe, supportive spaces where young people feel seen, valued, and empowered.

Hotel Information

The 2026 Nevada Afterschool Showcase and McKinney-Vento & Foster Care Summit will be hosted at the Tuscany Suites & Casino in Las Vegas.

Group Rate:
$79 per night (plus 13.38% Clark County room tax, no resort fees)

• Valid for Wednesday, February 25 and Thursday, February 26, 2026 only

Note: The discounted rate does not apply to Friday, February 27, as the conference concludes mid-afternoon.

CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT: Check-in time is after 3:00 pm and checkout time is 11:00 am. All hotel guests must be 21 to check-in.

Guests may call the Tuscany Room Reservations Department at 877-887-2261 and request the “Afterschool Conference” group rate.

• Deposit Requirement:
  A major credit card is required to guarantee accommodations. The first night’s room and tax will be charged at the time of booking.
